margin-bottom: 15px; border: 0px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> “目前广东市面上九成多木瓜为安全的转基因木瓜！”日前，在华南农业大学与植保(中国)协会在广州联合召开的 “农业生物技术保障粮食安全”的研讨会上，国内唯一申报转基因木瓜种植项目的负责人、华南农业大学李华平教授如此告诉记者。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; border: 0px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> 但令人诧异的是，国家明明规定列入农业转基因生物目录的农业转基因产品，应当加贴明显的标识。而记者走访广州市场却发现，广州市面上木瓜的转基因标识集体性“缺席”。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> “目前广东市面上，95%的木瓜为安全的转基因木瓜。”李华平教授在研讨会上说，1965年以来，南方普通品种的木瓜易患花叶病，造成枝干枯萎而死。作为国内唯一申报转基因木瓜商业化种植的负责人，李华平从2000年以来，用多年的时间成功培育出“华农1号”转基因木瓜，通过多年的田间种植表明，只有0.5%的“华农1号”会轻微发病。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; border: 0px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> 李华平说，经过各方的验收，“华农1号”转基因木瓜不久前成功进入农业转基因生物目录，可以名正言顺在市场上销售。“如今番禺区80%~90%的木瓜为抗虫害的转基因品种。”番禺区农业技术推广站办公室的霍日祥向记者表示。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; border: 0px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> 调查：</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; border: 0px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> 转基因食品敢卖不敢言</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; border: 0px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> 据了解，卫生部已于2001年12月11日讨论通过《转基因食品卫生管理办法》，自2002年7月1日起施行。《转基因食品卫生管理办法》第二十八条明确规定，“列入农业转基因生物目录的农业转基因生物，由生产、分装单位和个人负责标识；未标识的，不得销售。”</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; border: 0px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> 但令人诧异的是，记者昨日走访广州多个市场发现，市面上的木瓜并没有任何“转基因”字样的标识。记者在广州多家超市看到，里面的木瓜散装摆放，除了一个硕大的价格告示牌，告诉消费者产地、价格、品种等之外，并无其他提示。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; border: 0px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> “广州市面上竟然有这么多转基因产品？”面对记者的提问，受过高等教育的何小姐也一脸茫然，她说，之前听过转基因大豆的新闻，但是不知道广州市面上95%的木瓜是转基因产品。“标识了转基因，有些消费者怕转基因木瓜有潜在风险不敢吃呢！”客村附近的某大型超市的销售人员一语道破天机。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; border: 0px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> 在番禺海鸥岛种植木瓜的冯志佳告诉记者，目前内地与香港地区处理转基因产品方面有差别。他说，其种植的“华农1号”转基因木瓜已经成功打入香港市场，但要贴上“转基因”字样的标识后方能出口到香港。而国内的采购商或者经销商并不理会这些，买了就走，也没有人过来管是否贴“转基因”字样标识的事情。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; border: 0px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> 明明是转基因食品，为什么不告诉消费者，难道这不是侵害了消费者的知情权吗？李华平教授说，国内这种情况确实比较普遍，监管部门应有所作为。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; border: 0px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> 令人遗憾的是，冯志佳告诉记者，广州市各级农业主管部门并没有要求他们加贴“转基因”字样标识。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; border: 0px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> 专家：转基因食品未证明是不安全的</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; border: 0px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> 转基因产品如此遮遮掩掩完全没有必要。中国农业科学院生物技术研究所研究员、博士生导师黄大昉告诉记者，全球70%的大豆、46%的棉花、24%的玉米、20%的油菜均是转基因产品。“目前有关转基因产品的争议主要围绕其安全性，即其是否对人的健康、对生态环境平衡产生负面影响。目前尚没有明确的证据证明转基因食品是不安全的。”</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; border: 0px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> 中国疾病预防控制中心营养与食品安全所研究员杨晓光教授进一步指出，与传统食品相比，生物技术作物及其产品在微生物毒素、农药残留方面更加安全，能为消费者带来更营养、更健康的食品选择，比如转基因抗虫水稻，从某种意义上说，它的安全性甚至超过了传统产品。因为转基因抗虫水稻减少了化学农药的用量，从而降低了产品中农药的残留量。</p></div> |
