margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;">　　为什么进口转基因玉米，截至本文作者发稿，中粮集团并未给出回应。无论说什么，无论是否进口转基因玉米，中粮集团都讨不了好，干脆沉默以对，说不定舆论吵吵两天，这事就过去了。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;">　　《第一财经日报》此前报道，根据中国饲料工业协会日前公布的数据，中国2013年1～9月饲料总产量为13600万吨，同比下降8.7%。这是改革开放以来我国饲料产量首次出现下降。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;">　　在一些猪饲料的成分中，玉米可以占到50%的比例，饲料市场需求不旺，让中国玉米价格也处于波澜不惊的状态，但是与海外玉米相比，国内玉米价格仍处于高位。中华粮网的监测数据显示，目前广东口岸的本土玉米价格在每吨2460元上下，而明年3月交货的进口玉米到达中国口岸完税后的估算价格只有1900元左右，每吨几百元的价差，颇能吸引企业；此外，中国现在对玉米进口进行配额管理，一年有700万吨上下的进口配额，约60%掌握在中粮集团等国企手中，在配额内，关税只有1%；配额之外，关税约65%，用足配额进口玉米，中粮不动心几乎不可能。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;">　　美国农业部今年12月发布的世界<span id="stock_sz000061"><font color="#5d7fa2"><span id="stock_sz000061"></span><span id="stock_sz000061"></span>农产品</font></span><span id="quote_sz000061">(<font color="green">8.36</font>,&nbsp;<font color="green">-0.13</font>,&nbsp;<font color="green">-1.53%</font>)</span><span id="quote_sz000061"></span><span id="quote_sz000061"></span>供需报告显示，近两年，中国玉米的供应和需求都呈现稳步增长的情况。2011/2012市场年度，中国玉米产量和国内消费量分别是1.93亿吨和1.88亿吨，2012/2013市场年度，中国玉米产量和需求增长至2.06亿吨和2.02亿吨。美国农业部预计，到2013/2014市场年度，中国玉米将出现供不足需的情况，其中产量为2.11亿吨，需求量则为2.16亿吨，有500万吨的缺口，预计中国将进口700万吨来填补缺口。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;">　　包括双汇董事长万隆在内，对中国猪肉市场保持乐观。国内城市化进程还在快速推进中，去年，中国城镇人口的年人均猪肉消费量超过20公斤，比农村人口高出三分之一左右，农村人口进入城市，意味着肉蛋奶的消费量明显提升，饲料产量也将水涨船高。中国目前每年生猪存栏量约4.7亿头，喂饱这么庞大数量的猪群，需要天量的玉米。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px;
