If you use any type of international credit card, or if we are having trouble verifying your billing information, we will conduct what is known as a Small Charge Verification.

' g9 y) |8 E, DWhat we do:
) I9 \6 |0 \. z- V- We charge your credit card an amount greater than $0, but less than $3.00 AUD.
3 b! d" D7 u, t- Contact you via phone or email informing you that we have initiated a Small Charge Verification Check.

What you do:
& m: A! U' _; E" Z- Contact the bank associated with that credit card to learn the exact amount of the small charge. It will show up as a charge by SHOP & SAVE. N, C V6 a" ^! `9 Y& V5 `' C
- Call us on +61 02 8814 8722 to confirm the charge and finish processing your order. Alternatively log on to your account and proceed to My Account then My Account Details. Enter the amount in the Small Charge Verification field and click the green right arrow. Once this small charge is verified we will process your order and refund you the small charge amount.' v# S1 ?! _: S* {7 s' H: p

Why we do it:
8 W- L+ ~4 h/ ]/ ^; J" @% lThis process is the easiest way to confirm that you have the credit card in your hands, know your account number and bank information, and are in good standing with your bank. Once we have confirmed your card, you will not be asked to go through this process again to place future orders. |
