请教Nature Made PrenatalMulti + DHA的问题

教授麻烦请教一下，我现在32岁，在备孕，看到你推荐的Nature Made PrenatalMulti + DHA不错，本来准备在亚马逊买，但是看到他那儿的评价，这款DHA好像含有什么添加剂，原话是“ The ingredients Red 40 (dye), Yellow 6 (dye), Blue 1 (dye) are unecessarily placed into this pill.”，评价不是很好，说容易引起多动症啊之类的，所以有点不敢买这款了，不知道你怎么看呢？

还有现在国内流行的Life‘s DHA，好像说大部分是针对中国在销售，我问了美国的同学，她说她没听过这个牌子，这个牌子到底能不能买呢？还是又是那种国内人为炒火的那种？

Nature Made Prenatal Vitamin also contains DHA from anchovy and sardines from an unknown source. 先说Nature Made的评价，你说的这个负面评价，提到下面这几个问题：
1，人工色素40#红色，6#黄 色，1#蓝色的问题。

都是2011年5，6月份刚提出的需要FDA去禁止这些人工色素，只是一个建议估计还没有批准。毕竟人工色素已经使用几十年了。
, `5 P* s2 V$ Z2 \2 v1 j8 j! @这个用户也是自己得到这方面的消息，但实际她的小孩已经长大了。估计也没多动症，否则早就叫起来。
另外，这个人工色素在儿童糖果上应用很多，五颜六色很吸引小孩。但用在这种鱼油产品上，就算有估计含量也不会象儿童糖果这么高，毕竟这是个大人吃的。

6 i0 P1 F0 p6 u另外鱼油含PCB，二恶英的问题，我查了一下Consumerlab的第三方对鱼油的检测，虽然检查的是Nature Made的另外一个鱼油产品（Nature Made® One Per Day Fish Oil），不是这个Prenatal产品，但测试是通过没问题的。

我举个例子来说，Consumerlab对鱼油的测试，有2个Prenatal Vitamin+DHA产品，都通过了。

是德国拜耳集团的产品，但吃起来麻烦些，要一颗维生素片，一粒DHA分别吃。在它维生素片的其它成份中也有人工色素，40#红色，6#黄 色：

这个产品CL测试通过的，也没多说色素问题。至少说明目前人工色素还是允许的。

它用了Life' DHA，海藻提炼的DHA，更安全，毕竟是植物类，是比鱼类在食物链中更底层了，没有PCB，重金属累积的担心。这是新型的DHA来源，是鱼油之外的有益补充，更安全，当然价格更高些。
. p* x9 Y( H- N1 _鱼油产品应该是市场的主流，所以很多人对其它的DHA来源，如海藻提取，磷虾油，鱿鱼油不是很熟悉，产品没鱼油多啊。

所以我的建议是，Nature Made的Prenatal没问题，毕竟还有其它评价说生第一个孩子吃它，现在准备生第二个孩子还要服用。
如果对产品品质更高，愿意服用更多的代价，选我上面提到的Brain Strong牌子有海藻提取DHA的产品会更安全。
另外，备孕就不要吃其它保健品了，这个Prenatal vitamin+DHA就足够了！

# g6 {( L/ ], `* U另外life'DHA我特别指的NEW Martek Life's DHA这款，因为国内大部分孕妈妈都吃的这款，好像不能上链接，就是绿色标签上面写了Life's DHA那款，
$ S& `0 i. H0 A& z) E4 @: s3 k$ U说是中国这边有人专门找 Martek 原料公司询问，然后这个公司才专门做了这款产品销售，因为是原料商，所以很多妈妈都觉得更放心，但是到现在为止，只有这个产品的官网和亚马逊有这个牌子的这个商品销售，没有看到过其他地方有，这个产品如何呢？
