* \) \: s' z' r  As a rule, soya raw materials that are traded internationally stem either wholly or partially from genetically modified plants. Therefore, it cannot be determined whether GM soybeans were used in the manufacture of a lecithin preparation.
' u( d* \. j4 B( b5 x  An absolute separation at all levels of processing between conventional and GM soybeans is not technically possible. Therefore, even raw materials declared to be "free of gene technology" may contain small quantities of GMO.

  However during processing in the oil mill, the soybeans are separated into the protein-rich fodder and the fat component.
Lecithin, in the form in which it is used in the manufacture of food and supplement products, is free of soya DNA (as it is the fat component not the protein component that is used to manufacture Lecithin).

是不是说，如果条件允许的话，购买带“非转基因”字样的卵磷脂还是比没有标注的要安全？
就转基因大豆提取卵磷脂一事，是不是也没有明确的资料显示，到底会出现什么问题，只是说有不安全因素而已。之前买卵磷脂一直没考虑转基因的问题，这几天在看资料，越看越不知道到底该怎样了
