Madre Labs

products are set at 20%-10%-5%-1% on-going. For all other purchases at iHerb, you will receive the standard 4%-3%-2%-1% rewards from customers you introduce to iHerb; and 1%-1%-1%-1% after the first year.

? After earning more than $600 in rewards, you will be required to fill out a tax form, which is required by law. See further information at the bottom of this page regarding "Tax Information."

? You can always use your rewards credits to purchase products at iHerb. However, in order to receive a rewards check by mail, you must:

A- Have more than $300 worth of credits in your account at the end of the month

B- Fill out required tax information that we request. See information at the bottom of this page regarding tax information.

C- Supply your mailing address so that we can send rewards checks to you. See below.

Rewards credits that remain unused or unclaimed for 6 months will expire and be deleted from our system.

Please make sure to follow up with your account and check it frequently.
